Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies exclusively to product purchases made through Avanza Equipment’s online shop at avanzaequipment.com. It does not apply to equipment rentals, which are handled separately through our rental platform.

Shipping Coverage

Avanza Equipment currently ships to addresses within the state of Texas only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Carriers

We ship via the following carriers depending on product weight and dimensions:

• USPS Ground Advantage — standard carrier for packages up to 70 lbs. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days within Texas.
• USPS Priority Mail — expedited option for packages up to 70 lbs. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
• UPS Ground — used for heavy equipment exceeding 70 lbs (including the Husqvarna FS400LV Concrete Saw and Multiquip Mikasa MVC82VHW Plate Compactor). Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days within Texas.

Carrier selection is made by Avanza Equipment based on product weight, dimensions, and best available rate. The carrier shown at checkout reflects the most suitable option for your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed the same business day when placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable except in cases of carrier error or AEL fulfillment error.

No hidden fees are added after checkout. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Avanza Equipment is not liable for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order is handed to the carrier. You can track your shipment directly at usps.com or ups.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@avanzaequipment.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. Avanza Equipment will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date shown.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Sales Return Policy. Key terms:

• Tools and power tools may be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase — unopened, unused, in original packaging.
• Construction materials (rebar, lumber, concrete supplies) are all sales final — no exceptions.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved tool returns.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an AEL fulfillment error or item arriving damaged due to AEL’s packaging failure.
• An RMA number is required before shipping any return. Contact us to initiate.
